2. Services & Scope of Work

Macromiles provides web design, website creation, search engine optimization (SEO), digital strategy, and related technical consulting services. Every project requires a formal proposal or Scope of Work (SOW) mutually agreed upon prior to project commencement.

• Project deliverables, timelines, and payment schedules will be outlined in your individual contract or invoice.
• Any requests for features, revisions, or scope additions outside the original agreement will incur additional fees.

3. Payments & Refund Policy

Clients agree to pay all applicable fees specified at the time of purchasing a service or signing a agreement.

• Deposits: A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required prior to initiating any project work.
• Final Balance: Final website delivery, site launch, or transfer of domain/hosting credentials occurs only upon receipt of 100% full payment.
• Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable once work or discovery planning has commenced.

4. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon final payment receipt, ownership rights to custom visual designs, code implementations, and project assets pass to the client. Macromiles retains the right to:

• Display completed projects, website designs, and performance statistics in our agency portfolio and marketing materials.
• Retain ownership of proprietary development tools, baseline framework code, and third-party plugin licenses unless otherwise specified.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are required to provide all necessary media, copy, branding assets, and access permissions in a timely manner. Delays in providing materials may extend estimated project delivery timelines.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Macromiles, its officers, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including server downtime, lost revenue, or third-party security breaches) arising from site maintenance or third-party hosting providers.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use our website or services after updates are published, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms & Conditions.
