Payment Terms and Conditions

1. Payment Policy
All payments made to Macromiles are non-refundable. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree that all fees, deposits, or charges paid are final.
2. Contract Cancellation
Clients who wish to cancel their services must submit a written cancellation request at least seven (7) days prior to the renewal or termination date of their contract. Failure to provide notice within this timeframe will result in automatic renewal or continued billing for the upcoming term.
3. Service Continuation
Until cancellation is confirmed by Macromiles in writing, the client remains responsible for all charges associated with their account.
4. Disputes and Refunds
Since all payments are non-refundable, any disputes must be raised within five (5) business days of the charge. Macromiles will review the issue for resolution, but refunds are granted only in cases of billing errors proven to be caused by Macromiles.
