Macromiles Terms & Conditions

By signing a proposal or using any Macromiles services, including hosting, domain registration,
website development, SEO, digital marketing, and other related services, the client agrees
to the following terms and conditions.

1. Scope of Services

Macromiles provides a wide range of services including hosting and domain registration,
website design, development and maintenance, SEO and digital marketing services,
and other IT and digital solutions.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Macromiles unless otherwise
agreed in writing.

2. Payment & Refund Policy

 Non-Refundable Payments

All payments made to Macromiles for any services, as outlined in the signed proposal
or client agreement, are non-refundable. By signing the proposal, the client agrees
to and acknowledges this policy.

 Proposal Acknowledgment

Signing a proposal confirms that the client has read, understood, and agreed to
these Terms & Conditions, including the non-refundable payment policy.

 Late or Non-Payment Consequences

Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension of services until
payment is received.

3. Service Cancellation

Clients wishing to cancel any Macromiles service must send a cancellation request
to Macromiles at least seven days before the next billing cycle or thirty days
before the service end date, depending on the service agreement.

Services will continue until the end of the current paid period unless otherwise
stated in the agreement.

4. Client Data, Website Backup & Domain Ownership

 Ownership of Data

All client data, including website content, backups, and domains, remains the
property of Macromiles until properly transferred according to these Terms & Conditions.

 Domain & Hosting Rules

Clients purchasing domain and hosting services through Macromiles do not receive
direct hosting access. Website backups and domain transfers are provided only
according to Macromiles policies.

 Data Transfer & Transfer Fee

If a client wishes to transfer their website backup or domain to another hosting
provider and has not paid for ongoing hosting, maintenance, or monthly fees,
the client must pay a transfer fee of $100 USD.

Upon receipt of the transfer fee, Macromiles will provide the website backup and
domain transfer within five business days.

5. Limitation of Liability

Macromiles is not responsible for loss of data if the client fails to pay the
required transfer fee, delays in domain or data transfers caused by third-party
services, or service interruptions due to circumstances beyond Macromiles’ control.

6. Amendments

Macromiles reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Significant changes will be communicated via email or published on the website.
